Top videographer and photographers capture Region 9 in action at PQMRA

 PORTLAND, OR – August 17, 2012 — PQMRA hosted the fourth leg of the Region 9 Series on August 6-7 where 165 cars were captured in action by one of the top videographers for NBC, and photographers in the Northwest.
